Return & Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be registered with our customer service team before sending the items back.

  • Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Include a tracking number when returning the package to ensure safe delivery.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process a refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Refunds cover the purchase price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or damage.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately with:

  • Your order number.
  • The name of the damaged item.
  • A detailed description of the damage.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage.

For damaged parcels, include a photo of the package as it arrived. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Once verified, we will offer a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • The name of the item you did not receive.
  • The name and photo of the item you received.

Upon verification, we will provide a refund or send the correct item.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges! Simply wait for the product to arrive, send it back to us, and once we receive confirmation that the product is on its way, we’ll send you the item you wish to exchange it for.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: Return shipping is covered by us for verified claims.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong product ordered, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which may be as high as NZ$ 25 for international returns (e.g., shipping back to China).

A return label is not provided with the order.
